I installed the Supertrapp and it sounds great.Im
using 6 spacers.Looks good and clean on the bike.But there is a problem.When they desined these things they put a slight bend in the pipe about a inch and a half back from where it slides on the header pipe. If you put it on any further than that the muffler tends to head towards the frame and out of the rear muffler bracket. By polishing or expanding the distortion caused by that little bend and putting the muffler on that extra dreaded inch you then have to pull the muffler out away from the frame to the rear bracket which would put the header pipe in a hell of a bind and could cause problems at the exhaust flange on the motor.In order to use both rear mounting bolts I drilled a new hole in the rear bracket,slid things together and went for a ride just to wake up the neighbors.
